Having problem with FLV. Thumbnails Not showing

Hello
Im running windows 7 home premium. Ive been making FLV. movie files to upload to my website. When I first started - I couldn't get the flv. files to show a thumbnail. I installed the K lite codec pack to correct this. Now when I produce a new video the file shows the thumbnail like I want, but all my old flv. files do not ?? They are all the same format nothing different. Its just the videos I made before installing the k lite codec pack dosent show the thumbnails and the ones after installing the k lite does. This also goes for FLV. files downloaded from the net. All the files Ive downloaded before installing K lite does not show thumbnail, but all FLV. files downloaded after installing the codac pack show a thumbnail. Does anyone have any idea on how to get the files made or downloaded before the k lite codec pack to show the thumbnails ??

Have you tried cleaning out the Thumbnail cache via the Disk Cleanup program?
