Having problem in auto-create printer on Citrix Load Balancing

Hi all,

I have some trouble in auto-create printer on a server. I have 2 servers in load balancing (citrix1 and citrix2).
When a user connect on the citrix2 printers are correctly auto-create. But if he connect on the citrix1 the printers cannot auto-create.
The 2 server citrix are strictly the same : win2k sp3 and citrix xp fr3.

client is win2k pro sp3 with ica 7.1

the error is always the same: printer driver cannot be found etc ...

the printer is HP laserjet 5 and 2200 serie PS.

On citrix1, no printer can't be created.

Have you replicated the printer driver to Citrix1 ?
The print drivers need to exist on every Citrix server that the user can hit.
If it is not on Citrix1 thyen you need to either replicate from the CMC (Easy way) or install the driver on citrix1(way more difficult way).

Yes I have replicate driver by the CMC. I left all default parameters on the CMC. I don't use printer mapping.

On the Citrix2 all is ok, user map automatically printer.

The new error I get today is when I open a citrix desktop session I try to install manualy a printer, I can see my local printer and when trying to connect it I get an error with access denied explaining I don't have right.

In the CMC right click on citrix1, and select "set FR level".
Is it set on FR3?

yes the FR3 is set on the both server.
now the spooler service is down, I need to delete all drivers manualy after seeing this article :

After cleaning the registry, my spooler service can now startup normaly. But now my main problem is that I cannot auto create printer on both server. Administrator either can't auto create printer.
When I open a citrix desktop as administrator, and try to manually connect my local printer in the printer folder, the explorer process hang.

(sorry but my english is very poor )
