Having error with announcement board

Hello all,

I'm trying to upload a announcement file to a board, Here are the steps,
1. disabled filexfer board 1A205
2. Enable Filexfer ( This does not allow me to enter this command in CM it always says "stat media-processor board has a command conflict "

How to fix this ?

is 1a205 a val board?
stat login and see who's got a stuck command. if it's login 3, then reset login 3
