Have form close automatically after certain time.

I have 2 forms open at the same time with a cmd button.I would like to have one of them close after about 5 seconds. (A fade out would be cool too but not necessary).How would I set that up in VB?

As Pwise says 'On Timer' event of the form you want to close but to sdd

DoCmd.Close acForm, "frmNameHere", acSaveNo

Then Timer Interval enter 5000 adjust 1000 for every second
