Have Calender Notify Multiple Users

I am using Exchange on Server 2003 and using Outlook 2003 as a client. I need to have a secretary recieve pop-up notifications when her boss has a calender appointment. Is this possible? She swears she has had this in the past. She has full-access to his mailbox/calender now but how do I set Exchange or Outlook to send her pop-up notificatiosn?
