When we are making a report that is based on a query file (.qry), we sometimes receive at runtime the error 20599.

The strange is that the same reports are running at two customers and one of them have never problemes and the other one can't print the reports.

We as developers have the same. At one computer the are no problemens and at the other one whe have sometimes these error.
Is this a hardware problem ??

Can somebody help us ?

INFORMAT: Error 20599 is an indication that your datasource is not available (actual error message slightly misleading - SQL Server not opened - this has NOTHING to do with Microsoft's SQL Server but should read Datasource not opened. Suggest you check how your query is configured as Crystal will sometimes seek to re-execute a query if it feels there is a need to rather than just read in the saved data David C. Monks
