Has anyone used Quark DMS?

We're looking into Quark DMS to organize company photos, and archive our publications. Has anyone tried this product?
Is it difficult to understand?
Is it difficult to implement?
Is the cost worth the product?
I'm just looking for some feedback from anyone with some experience with this product.
