Has anyone tried Nortels TM 3.0 software? 2

We purchased it and have been trying to install it. It is the replacement for OTM. We have not been able to get the web portion of the software to work. Any ideas would be helpful.

That's funny. I had the same problem. Mind you, I hate OTM anyway!. I normally only use it for Listings & IP stuff.
If you have 2.2, then keep on using it.

Try and reload all the FTP and

http://WWW IIS

services from the Components menu.

Sometimes they get disabled when loading TM 3.0

I had a similar problem, but was able to get it going by going into IIS and accessing the properties of the default website. Selected the home directory tab, clicked the configuration button and selected the options tab. There I checked the "enable parent paths" box and applied. That enabled me to get to the login page.

Then I had to "allow" everything on the web services extensions snap-in to be able to get past the login screen. It probably would have been easier to follow janaya's suggestion.

Could you guys take a look at my earlier post thread798-1330364 to see if you have any ideas? I'm having trouble adding 3 digit DNs...thanks

Try first loading 2.2, and then 3.0 over it-

I take it back. I thought it would help, but then if you are on Win 2000K you have to go with a fresh install. I wrote an FAQ on my install procdure, I hope others can use it. Took me some time to get it all working right.

Load the TM Patches. It takes care of the three-digit extension problem.

BSthephens -- Which OS? The install guide shows specfic steps to configure IIS for 2k3 in order for it to work.

I haven't perfomed a 2K install, so can't comment.
