We have just upgraded from 1.2 to 2.0.&nbsp;&nbsp;2.0 did not install correctly on the clients, and now i still have 1.2, and a partial install of 2.0.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have noticed hundreds of entries in the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Profile list.&nbsp;&nbsp;Some of these have been grayed out and are not accessable.&nbsp;&nbsp;Now our profiles are not loading properly.&nbsp;&nbsp;Can anyone help.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks in advance.<br><br>Dan M&nbsp;&nbsp;

What installation method ? Logon / Remote ?<br><br>Upgrading the client from 1.2 to 2.0 is a painfull experience. It first need to remove to 1.2 software : this can take several reboots for RC because of the kbstuff and rchelp drivers. When this is done (check the remct1x.log and migrat1x.log), the 2.0 RC software installs. This needs also one more reboot.<br>
