Has anyone ever attached a cash card device with Aloha?

Hello,

As the subject suggests, has anyone ever successfully used an external cash card device with Aloha?

We are licensed for the cash card interface and using one of the 2 devices that NCR/Radiant says is compatible and having issues get getting the terminal and device to communicate.
