Has anyone done NT4.0 domain upgrad

Has anyone done NT4.0 domain upgrade to Win2000 domain before? Is there any headsup as far as SMS 2.0 standpoint? Do we need to detach from the existing NT4 domain and rejoin to the new Win2000 domain and then reset all the sites? Is there white papers from Microsoft on this? Any info. will be much appreciated. Thanks ahead.

Do a mixed mode to native upgrade then upgrade to sp4 you'll be alright
