Has anybody implemented Virual-Gateway by Pancho-networks

I am looking into QoS'ing some of our traffic to the outside web as the pipe is maxing out very often these days with people surfing and downloading. This looks like a good piece of kit that allows you to easily set limits to protocols.

Is anybody using it out there, if so, how are you finding it?
