Has anybody encountered Reserved Error 16389?

I have a complex form populated by a SQL View. After making changes to the form and the view, I now get a Reserved Error number 16389 when I save a new record through the form. The new row is inserted in the database even though the error is reported.

Mysteriously I also occasionally get Write Conflicts on saving even though I am the only database user.

It is turning into a long slow process to find out what I have done wrong. Has anybody else had this problem?

Thanks,
Clive

I've fixed it. I had an AfterUpdate event that was writing to the record. No wonder it got upset with me, it must have been creating a nasty loop.

Cheers,
Clive
