Hardware Issue with my Tapeware....

Well I finally talked to Dell and told them the problem I was having...
They actually told me to disable the tape drive in device manager b/c Tapeware uses its own set of drivers or something...? I don't think they knew why, but it worked...so if anyone else has this problem...give it a shot....I never would have thought...
