The company we contract our services to still uses SMS 1.2. One particular client has a problem during the execution of the logon script on their Windows 98 machine that during the Hardware inventory it stops at 30% and never progresses any further. If the clients logs on to another machine the script executes and completes correctly.
We have removed and reinstalled SMS on the clients machine and that did not help any. To add a challenge to us the client is in NJ with no local support and we are in Texas so we are troubleshooting remotely.
We are not exactly sure what is causing this to stop and would appreciate any assistance or ideas. If more information is required please ask away. joegz
