Hardware Identifier for device manager? 1

Hardware Identifier for device manager? Does anyone know of a good one to use for those yellow exclamation points in deivce manager. I used to have one but it was on my thumbdrive that went belly up on me. A free one that doesn't come with spyware/adware perferably.
I have a voicemail machine that has 3 unknown PCI devices that I can't break open anytime soon so any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not Device Manager you need to pleae, but the .INF files.

You helped me alot on this....One hell of a post..not only did you give me the info I needed but links to get there with...Thanks again....oh and bcastner...really informative thanks for ur input too... good call...need to know what .inf files to look for before I can do something about them though huh??? and the star goes too!!!!!!!
