Hard Drive Fail to Detect.

At My office i was working on a PC ( Compaq Prolinia 575e)
The hard drive was full so i takeout the drive and on other system installed that drive . Format it and installed win95.
When i replace its original pc i got a eror(1789 Disk controler failure) then i changed the mother board, raiser card even hard dis, cable also but everytime i was getting the same error. Pl Help me.

When you install windows in a computer and then move the drive to another computer it does not always work as one computer doesnt have the exact same hardware as the other.
The best bet is to install windows on the drive in the computer that is going to use the drive.If you dont have a cdrom in the first one you could try putting the drive into another computer and copy the complete windows cd onto the drive then moving it to the computer you want it in then installing windows from the hard drive.
