Could someone please instruct me on where to purchase one of these 2.5 laptop hard drive connections or what the connector is called. (see link)

I have a Dell laptop with a similar connector on the hard drive. However, mine comes off. I just had to pull rather firmly on it to remove it and then just plugged it into the new drive.

I dont have a hard drive that i can take the adapter from. i only have the new hard drive with no adapter.
