Actually i have deleted a lot of mail from my exchange mbx folder , but harddisk space still remain the same.

So what should i do?

Estimate hard disk left 1.39 gB left.. but suppose is 2gb remaining after remove the mail.. So how?

You can perform an offline defrag, to reduce the Store in size, but I would rather urge you to get a larger disk as it is just a matter of time before you are in the same situation. At todays prices, cost is no excuse to get an extra disk.

I had some question regards this issue also.

1) the extra 110% disk space is in C drive or other drive?

2) While online defragment is running, can i run offline defragment?

Regards Question 1 : Minimum requirement for offline drfragmentation is the extra 110% disk space. I don't understand about this regards 110%, how to calculate?

You calculate it based upon the drive on which your store is located.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Point is, get another big disk, move the store and you are set for a few years.

Found that when do online defagmentation , we cannot do offline defragmentation on the same time. The offline defragmentation from schedule still run and crash with theonline defragmentation and therefore encounter the error.

The problem of defragmentation can be solved to make sure the timing of both online and offline is not crash each other.

Offline defrag is really to be done with care and by exception, NOT on a regularly basis, let alone performing both at overlapping times!
You are bound to get in trouble one of these days!
