hard disk problem

hi all,

i tried to start up windows 2000 and it gave me an error about my hard disk, thus i use the windows 2000 cdrom to boot up and check disk. it gave me an error where it says that they cannot repair the hard disk. is there any way i can solve this problem ?

You could try downloading utility to check the drive from the drive manufacturer's website.

If you have another machine, you can load drive as slave, and see it you can access it from there.
