Hello - We will be implementing 9 sites on to CM.3 and Modular Msging. There has been allot of conversation revolving around the Hard or Soft Attendant Console. I know that allot of people push for the soft but are there advantages, disadvantages of either does anyone have any advice they would like share. Thanks Much!

Hard Console vs. Soft Console

We went through a similar process recently and I opted for Hard consoles. The users's had a good look at both an felt that the hard console seemed more user friendly and they weren't relying on a pc to answer/transfer calls.
Also they seem much easier to setup!
