A user on our network has reported that whenever she attempts to empty her trash in Group Wise 5.5 her computer freezes and she has to reboot. Has anyone heard of anything like this.

See if this happens when she does the same thing from another PC. If it does, run GWCheck on her user and message database. If it only happens on that PC, uninstall GroupWise, run the clean agent, then reinstall.
