Hang on installation of Windows SBS 2003

I've been trying to install an evaluation copy of MS Windows Small Business Server 2003 (build 3790) and it keeps hanging during the installation of MS Office Outlook 2003. The status bar that says MS Office Outlook 2003 is fully to the right, and the other status bar that says Post-installation progress is stuck at about 50%. It will stay like this for over an hour. This means that I haven't gotten to the To Do List that finishes the installation.

I installed on a fresh hard drive (meaning freshly partitioned). No other OS is on this machine.

Any ideas on where to start looking for the reason why it's hanging up? I'd call MS, but it's an evaluation copy and they don't offer tech support for it.
