Handsets continue ringing once NuPoint has answered

Hi All,

I have an issue where handsets continue to ring after the call has gone to NuPoint voicemail and a message left. I have a cluster of 4 x MiVB's on v7.1 and NuPoint.
The customer has an ACD path with a dummy Agent group that plays a RAD then interflows to a Huntgroup. This HG is call rerouted on its 1st Alt to NuPoint vmail group.
The mailbox is for the HG DN but I have added the ACD path number as an Alternate extension to get calls to be able to leave a message in that mailbox rather than getting the "Welcome to the message center" greeting.

The caller rings in, the call routes to vmail after no one answers and whilst the message is being left, the handsets in the HG continue to ring. Even once the handset is picked up the ringing continues. Only once the handset is put down, the ringing stops.

It sounds like the handset is not sent a clear down message once NuPoint handles the calls.
The handsets are 5312IP's or 5330IP's.

Any suggestions or possible solutions to this?
