handling nlog

In BC9 there was a OMR for handling nlog. OMR did prevent, that a call in case of pick-up or diversion at no answer was stored in nlog. In BC11 there is only a aspac to set the time. This is not enough. Does someone know, if this OMR does exist in BC11?
