Define the type tree for one on input and the other on output and drag and drop. You might need a numbertotext in there, but without seeing the data and what you want as a result, I can't be 100% on this.
Also, what version are you running on what platform (this is important).
If my first suggestion doesn't work, submit to Ascential Support.
