half to restart w2k due to memory errors.

Has anyone run into the problem of the server running out of stack area memory (advanced server 2000) which you are forced to reboot the server to clear the system back up. Is there a way to flush this memory or at least set the server on somekind of auto restart routine. This occurs every 7 to 10 days and we have to reboot it.
