Brainbench.com has a test for around $50. Their certificatations have helped my career immensely.

Crystal Decisions has a ACE - Authorized Crystal Engineer - test, the only problem is it is $1500 USD. Too steep for me. If you can get your employer to pay for it, go for it. I am my own employer and I am not going to pay that much personally. If it was $400 I might consider it, but not $1500.
