No mailboxes with outgoing numbers in outgoing f983 lookup
F71 on all lines
LEC charges calls to line 1 and line 2 on bill. No other lines report. All in hunt.

How many minutes can be charged in one day?
Shouldn't there be numbers in outgoing box?

LEC noticed on Sat. disabled one line, did not call customer till Monday. LEC has yet, 3 months, to provide call detail.

Any comments, thoughts, or ideas?

Could be a cleaning crew using the phone making calls and selecting line 1,2.

They usually hack into a mailbox after hours and see if they have acces to a mailbox than can transfer a call out. Program a number that has acces accross the pond then erase everything when they are done. How many calls? depends on the provider some can give you 30 pstn's meaning 30 calls per line can be transfered out on that line one after one.

Each call being transferred will have its own usage metering simultaneously with all the other calls. So a phone hack can rack up a lot of time when several calls a going at once!

I have seen it myself in the past when I was working on an Option61 PBX monitoring a DS1 for our Toll Free numbers. They were doing international calls to the Caribbean area, and figured out how to hack the tie trunks. Once I trapped the digits they sent, I was able to put in a restriction, and shut it down! In this case there was no voice mail involved, just the Auto Attendant.
