Hacked by Chinese 3

I developed a CF application for someone. However, a day after I put it on-line. It turns to something like "This site is hacked by Chinese,

http://www.worm.com"

etc in red text. I'm not sure what's up. I pulled the plug on the server and checked all of the index.cfm files to see when the other one might have been uploaded but everything looked OK. So I plugged the network cable back in and tried accessing the site again and now my original index page shows up. What is going on?
