Hi, I have a problem with a H175 Collaboration Station. I changed the phone because handset was not charging and, when I installed the new one it started to appear a window with a counter and the legend "unknown" as if a call were in progress. it looks like a bridge function because when a call is generated from other station a new counter starts and ends with the call, but there is a counter that remains on the screen.
I tried several options but none works, does any body have an idea?
