GWIA 6.2 - Getting DMN: Send Failure

I have a GWIA up and is configured to a Relay Host. When sending mail to a group of people of 6 or more the GWIA will process the first 3 or 4 and then I start getting the DMN: Send Failure 421 Service not available. The will get this message each time a message is trying get out the GWIA to the Relay Host. The Sent Items properties show that these messages are pending.

Anyone hear of this?
