GW DB Restore Utility Returns error D11D

We are attempting to merge a restored USERXXX.DB file with the current live file to recover missing calendar, task list, and notes items. We have resolved most of the tortuous curves to run this puppy, but we are dead-ended at the "Login Error D11D." The info in the GW 5.5 online manual ( does not seem to apply to our problem. We tried the closest approximation and copied in the DC files from what we believe to be the appropriate location, but still the error returns.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
