GW 6.0 ERROR CODE D115 ??????????

Hi yual,

One of my users is getting an error message after login GW 6.0--Error code d115 ( contact your system administrator)
I have uninstalled the client ran gw cleaning agent and reinstalled GW but the same error code keeps popping up.
I haven't cleanup the mailbox yet.
Any suggestions !!!!!!!!!!

have you tried accessing account from another pc
you want to verify that the pc isnt at fault

The pc is ok. I can login to gw client without any problem on the same pc but when this user login the mailbox opens with this errod code d115.

but can the this particular user access the mail account from another pc

I didn't try that because I thought if I could access my mail through the same PC but user can't, then there was no need to try another machine.

that should be the case but i have seen it that a pc just doesnt like the person - something in reg somewhere -
try on another pc - if that rules out pc issue then run a repair against the user mailbox

We started getting these (D115, D109, D105) when we upgraded our PO from 5.5 to 6.5 (using the 5.5 client). I found that installing the 6.5 client doesn't necessarily fix anything.

What I've been doing is to uninstall the client, delete the install directory and reboot. I can then re-install the 5.5 client or install the 6.5 client and everything's good. It's a pain, but I've only got approx. 120 users.
