Guest book??

I would like to add a guest book / discussion board to my web site. Is this very difficult? My site is currently entirely flash but I don't think I can do this in flash?

A site that has exactly what I would like to achieve (maybe not as good as this one but something similar) is the shoutouts section at

Any help / ideas appreciated.

They do not use Flash-type guestbook, but it still is verry nice... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
