Guarunteed Fax option

Can the Guarunteed Fax option in Intuity be used to store faxes when a machine is busy. Example: Someone sends a fax to XXXX, the machine is currently receiving a fax, so a mailbox stores the fax until the machine is availble.
I have been studying Intuity docs and it looks like the Guarunteed Fax option allows for this, or am I misunderstanding its use?
