Hi guys, just been browsing your forums looking for some help if possible, I have a GSX-408 System installed at my work but have recently had a powercut now only station 100 rings on incoming calls, but i need all stations to ring on incoming calls (which happend before powercut) recently got the user manual from Doktor but it means nothing to me. Hopefully this an extremely easy question for you lot.

Big thanks in advance

Hi llieno;
I never used this PBX but if it's the same as LDK systems you should use ;
PGM 144 + select incoming lines + Flex1 (for day) + 1 + select all he stations + 0 save
But the problem is to know why did you lost your config, check your Dip switch positions.

Hello

I am sorry to say that I can't remember much of the programming af this system GSX408!
If your back-up has disappeared due to a power loss, it is because of the 3.6 Volt back-up battery that has gone dead.
You will need to replace the battery BEFORE you re-program your PBX. The manual has been sent to you - and you should be able to program it step-by-step.
Good luck
