Growing STM File

My STM file grows out of control during business hours. It will grow from 2GB to 11Gb in 6 hours while the EBD file stays relatively the same.

What tools can I use to figure out why this is doing it? Any PerfMon tools? Third Party?

I'm guessing that it is a large amount of Non MAPI clients request. But we only have about 15 offsite users.

FYI: 4 weeks ago we implemtened a VoIP system, but the problem arose just this week.
