GroupWise Message Printing in Arabic

I posted the same question in another thread but felt since it was buried I would repost to a new thread. Hope that is not against the rules.

I have a user with GW 5.5 ep who prints in Arabic when she chooses the enhanced driver for her HP 6p printer. We basically told her not to use the enhanced driver(I have workarounds).

I have another user who just upgraded to GW6 from 5.5ep her messaged are now printing in arabic.

I searched Novell's site but could not find anything.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this???
