I have a user that is running windows xp pro with groupwise 5 as his e-mail client. The problem he is having is that when he tries to print from groupwise he gets a dialog box that says "open document with". If he selects an application nothing happens. If he selects cancel nothing happens. I have looked at ODMA integration, the settings on groupwise and the printer, I did a system restore and finally an entire groupwise re-install. I still have had no luck and I am hoping that someone here may have some ideas. Keep in mind that all other applications work fine when printing. Groupwise will even print attachments properly but not the e-mail body itself??????

Running Groupwise 6.5 here and when I open an e-mail and select print, I get a dialog box where I can select the items to print. The first item on the list is the e-mail itself, and if I highlight it and select print it works fine. I have had problems in the past with ODMA integration, and as a matter of course I now delete ODMA32.DLL in Windows/System32. You might try moving or renaming ODMA32.DLL and try it again to see if it works.

I tried highlighting it and I still have no luck. The same dialog box come up. I also deleted odma32 and still no luck.
