We've been having a growing number of users complain that they get a message notification, but the message doesn't display in their mailbox. In checking with the users, there are no rules set up and when I do a test from their account, the message doesn't display. I've found that clicking on another folder and back to the mailbox gets the "missing" message to appear. My only fix at this time is to reinstall the client which seems to fix the problem.
