Groupwise 5.5 imaging - Useless!

The groupwise imaging doesn't open half the jpg's we try and open. Is there an updated version?

What version of NetWare / GroupWise are you using?

Have you applied any Support Packs?

We are running netware 4.11 with groupwise 5.5.4
