My exchange server was sending out alert messages to me, letting me know that there are virusus in the attachments. I upgraded to groupshield 5.0 and it continues to send alerts. How can I stop the alerts? Without restarting exchange.

Once you have upgraded the Groupshield you should run an on-demand scan for the new dat to work.
