Question is did they resolve all the issues? Where is it noted the issues resolved in SP1? I know there have been a ton of complaints about this product. Hopefully SP1 does the trick. I went with a Sophos Mail Monitor product but would return to Groupshield if they gave me enoug confidence all the issues are resolved.
