Group Tree Drill Down Query

Hi,

Is it possible to have a group tree level that is used solely for navigation and not used to drill down in CR7.5?

More detail;

I have 5 groups within the report;
1. Company Level
2. Regional 1
3. Regional 2
4. City
5. Engineer

I want the drill down enabled at levels 1,2,3 and 5, but more importantly not level 4. Currently i'm suppressing the data at level 4, so subsequently drills down to a blank page, but i'd like to have the level as navigation only not drill down.

Any help most appreciated.

Instead of hiding group 4, suppress it.
