Hello,

Where can I display a list of all of my group policies I have within my domain?

Can you edit and delete them from there?

That is the purpose of the Group Policy Management Console.

When you install the new GPMC (Managment console) it also automatically allows you to access the GPOE (Object editor) [a set of policies are group into an "object")

It is the GPOE that is ued to define the settings for each rule. This can be launched seperately, or can be launched by clicking on an GPO (Group Policy Object) in the GPMC and clicking EDIT...

Note: GPOs are contained in a view folder called Group Policy Objects....the "GPOs" shown underneath the directory structure in the GPMC are GPOLinks, and not ACTUAL GPOs.
