We are publishing IE 6 thru citrix, users will be taken directly to the intranet site they need to go. What we are tying to accomplish is to prevent them from surfing the internet. Below is the policy that i've created so far, anyone have any ideas. I'm a little new at Group Policy, any help would be greatly appreciated.

USer config (enabled)
--->Windows Settings
---->Internet Explorer Maintenance
------> Connection/ Automatic Browser Config

Hi,

I've writting an Internet Launching progam that you give the URL you want to use and then it goes there.

This program doesn't allow the user any options to change that web site. Do you want to see if that does what you require? You can have it for free!

Plus you can do some additional stuff like go to the home page, Print the page, refresh the current page!

Cheers,
Carl.

Problem fixed. I ran gpresults and found that my test account policy had not been updated, so I logged in locally with my test ID, ran gpupdate, everything works the way we want it.

thanks
