Does anyone know how I may implement a group policy that will set attributes for any user created in the AD? For example, I would like new users to be created in AD with OWA access disabled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can create users, and place them within containers (OU's) that have the group policy object linked to it. Or, you can create a "domain wide" GPO that has this setting disabled (not really recommended though.

Perhaps you could create a template user with all standard configuration and group membership. Then, when creating new users you can simply copy this template user.

Hope This Helps,

Good Luck!
