Group Policy Password

I set the policy for the password to be change with 90 days and it work fine until this week on 2 user!! it come up with like 13 day left to change there password and the next day it come up with 12 day left and so on and now it got 1 day left and they change it 3 time in the last week!!

How can i fix this problem???
