Group Policies canot delete

Hi,
I an new to windows 2000 and have a problem with policies. I created a policy for an OU but got in a mess and decided to start again. However I appear to have taken permissions away from the administrator and cannot delete the policy. No-one has full control. Is there anything I can do?

Go to Properties for the policy, then Security/Advanced/Owner and try to reset the owner to the administrator.
